About Me

Hey, I'm Alina!
I'm so happy you found your way here. I've been working as a wedding and family photographer for many years, and I truly love capturing meaningful moments with intention and telling stories in an authentic way.
How did I get into photography?
My passion for photography started early on — at first, while traveling and trying to preserve moments along the way. But I truly became aware of how much I loved it when I found myself in front of the camera during a styled shoot. That experience became my entry into wedding photography. I realized how deeply fulfilling it felt to accompany people on one of the most important days of their lives, to tell their stories, and to capture moments they'll carry with them forever.
While building my photography business, I was also completing my midwifery studies, which I now finished. To me, both worlds complement each other perfectly: human connection, trust, and being present during emotional, intimate moments. The ability to work creatively while supporting people through meaningful experiences is what beautifully connects both of my professions.
For over four years now, I've been working as a self-employed photographer and have had the honor of documenting countless weddings across Germany and Europe. For me, it's never just about creating beautiful images — it's about capturing the quiet, unnoticed moments: the genuine laughter, the in-between hugs, and all the little details that make your day uniquely yours.
Elopements, mountains & my own story
My love for nature and honest moments is also what led me to elopements.
I
love hiking, being surrounded by mountains, and watching the soft light
at sunrise. The stillness during sunset. The feeling of standing
somewhere high above the world with the person you love most — just the
two of you.
Three years ago, I experienced exactly that myself.
We
originally planned to have a small wedding with family and friends,
until my husband and I realized that we wanted our wedding day to feel
different. So we decided to elope. Just the two of us. In the Dolomites.
And it turned out to be the best decision we ever made.
Maybe that's exactly why I feel so connected to this way of getting married — because I know what it feels like.
What matters to me
I'm someone who values genuine connection far more than superficial perfection.
Maybe I'm a little bit of a people pleaser — but more than anything, I deeply care about honest communication and creating a space where people feel comfortable and understood.
That's also why I care so much about having a relaxed, no-pressure first conversation.
Because the most beautiful photos happen when there's trust, when the chemistry feels right, and when you can simply let go and be yourselves.
When I'm not photographing…
…you'll probably find me in a cozy café, searching for the perfect cappuccino — preferably with hazelnut syrup.
…or curled up on the couch with a good fantasy book (bonus points for a little spice).
…or outside in nature, hiking, breathing in fresh air, and discovering new places.
…and sometimes, you'll also find me in the delivery room, supporting women through birth as a midwife.

My goal is to create images that will still make you smile years from now.
With me, there are no stiff poses or forced moments. I want to capture movement, laughter, and genuine connection and document you exactly as you are.
If you're looking for honest, emotional storytelling and a calm presence by your side, I'd be honored to document your day.
